Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our platform.

Measures We Take

instxnt.xyz takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

• Semantic HTML markup throughout the dashboard and public-facing pages
• Sufficient color contrast ratios that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
• Keyboard navigable interfaces across the dashboard and storefronts
• Descriptive alt text for meaningful images
• ARIA labels and roles where native HTML semantics are insufficient
• Responsive design that supports browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content
• Form inputs with associated labels and clear error messaging

Seller Storefronts

Storefronts generated through our platform builder use an accessible component system that includes semantic heading structure, sufficient contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen reader-compatible markup. Sellers who customize their storefronts are encouraged to maintain these accessibility standards.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:

• Some older storefront templates may have contrast ratios that fall below AA standards — we are updating these on a rolling basis
• Certain third-party integrations (Stripe checkout, embedded payment forms) may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control
• User-uploaded images on storefronts may lack descriptive alt text

Compatibility

instxnt.xyz is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS)
• Screen magnification software
• Speech recognition software
• Keyboard-only navigation

The platform is designed to work with current versions of major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
