Shippo provides multi-carrier shipping label generation with discounted rates. Connect Shippo to instxnt and every paid order can generate a label with one click — discounted USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL pricing depending on the destination.

For each paid order in instxnt, click "buy label" and Shippo issues a label using your default service rules.

Shippo validates buyer addresses before label purchase, catching typos that would cost you a return.

Sign up for Shippo
Create a Shippo account at goshippo.com if you don't have one. Pricing is pay-per-label with no subscription.

Get your Shippo API token
In Shippo settings, generate a private API token.

Add the token to instxnt
In your storefront's Integrations panel, paste the Shippo token under Shipping.

Configure default service
Pick a default carrier and service level (USPS Priority, UPS Ground, etc.). You can override per-order.

Do I have to pay for Shippo on top of instxnt?
Shippo charges per label (typically $0.05–$0.20 each on top of carrier rates). instxnt does not add a fee for the integration itself.
Can I use multiple carriers?
Yes — Shippo supports USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL out of the box. Pick per order or set a default rule.
What about international shipping?
Shippo handles international labels including DHL eCommerce and customs forms. Set destination rules in your storefront's shipping settings.
