How do I upgrade to Premium?
You can upgrade to Premium anytime from your billing dashboard. Premium costs $19/month, reduces your platform fee to 0% per transaction, and increases your AI generation allowance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe for secure processing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All plans are month-to-month with no contracts. You can cancel your Premium subscription anytime from your account settings.
How do platform fees work?
We charge a small platform fee on each sale: 3% for free-tier users, 0% for Premium subscribers. This is in addition to Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Premium subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support and we'll process a full refund.
Where do my payouts go?
All payouts go directly to your connected Stripe account and then to your bank account. You have full control of your funds.
How do I connect my Stripe account?
In the dashboard, go to Payments settings or your user Account Settings. Click "Connect Stripe Account" and you'll be guided through Stripe's secure OAuth flow.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains are included with Premium. Free tier stores get an instxnt.store subdomain.
What if I have an issue with a payment?
